Maintenance Analyst

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service car leasing, subscription services and fleet management, is looking for a Maintenance Analyst in Mexico City. The role guarantees the flow of work for its customers: tracking daily vehicle arrivals, analysing budgets, authorising requests according to parameters and ensuring cars leave on time while saving company resources.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm vehicle arrivals and follow up releases
• Request and analyse supplier quotes, and authorise them internally or externally when needed
• Authorise budgets in the SAT and Aldavar platforms according to client parameters
• Manage warranties and close tickets in the platform
• Ensure smooth execution with users and suppliers, and follow up with internal clients for continuous improvement
• Make sure area KPIs are met and resolve daily delays

Required profile

• Degree in automotive engineering or an equivalent technical degree
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar industry
• Knowledge of general car insurance policies (coverages, exclusions, deductibles)
