Maintenance Technician HBW Level 1

About the role

The Maintenance Technician HBW Level 1 will join our industrial plant in Ciénega de Flores, ensuring the reliability and safety of production equipment. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machines, working on electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns on industrial machinery.
• Perform work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, RSLogix 5000).
• Handle electrical panels, wiring, and connections ranging from 110 V to 440 V.
• Interpret mechanical diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Support basic warehouse and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical degree in automation, electromechanics, mechanics, electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to commute to the plant (transport provided).

Required skills

• Siemens PLC programming.
• Allen Bradley PLC programming.
• RSLogix 5000 expertise.
• Electrical wiring and panel maintenance (110‑440 V).
• Mechanical diagram interpretation.
• Pneumatic system knowledge.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
