Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our building operating smoothly. The role involves following preventive maintenance plans, performing simple repairs, and supporting the facilities team to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs as instructed by the maintenance supervisor and senior facilities technician.
• Assist the maintenance team with equipment troubleshooting and routine tasks.
• Provide cleaning support for the building exterior, including parking lots, sidewalks, and garden areas.
• Report any maintenance or janitorial needs promptly to the appropriate supervisor.

Required profile

• One to two years of hands‑on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Completed high school education.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely in a team environment.

Required skills

• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Painting techniques and surface preparation.
• Plumbing fundamentals for minor repairs.
