Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Comonfort, Guanajuato. You will be responsible for keeping our equipment and specialized machinery running smoothly, supporting the overall productivity of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all equipment and specialized machinery.
• Maintain optimal functioning of work‑station equipment and verify that machinery operates in optimal condition.
• Generate downtime reports and propose documented action plans.
• Execute maintenance tasks according to the assigned work schedule and program guidelines.
• Validate maintenance quality against operating instructions and report any anomalies to the supervisor.
• Advise operational staff on autonomous maintenance practices.
• Follow order, cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental protection standards.

Required profile

• Technical high‑school diploma (Bachillerato tecnológico) or TSU.
• 1–2 years of experience in equipment or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to follow maintenance programs and report issues accurately.
