Manager Controller

About the role

The Manager Controller will lead budgeting, forecasting and consolidation for the wholesale business in Mexico. The role ensures consistent planning, reporting and methodology across channels, supporting strategic decisions that maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget process and periodic forecasts, providing clear assumptions and methodology to wholesale teams.
• Produce monthly business reviews with detailed analysis of country and channel performance, delivering insights to commercial controllers and senior finance leaders.
• Standardize accounting processes and reports to align with global timelines and requirements.
• Partner with wholesale leads to design strategies, ensuring financial plans are aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze distribution agreements, trade terms and overheads to influence customer P&L and improve profitability.
• Support business analysis and planning across the wholesale organization to enable fact‑based decisions.
• Conduct BOH, backlog, TT and risk‑opportunity analyses to provide timely information for decision‑making.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving cost‑to‑business (CTB) and key financial KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling or related functions.
• Broad theoretical and practical knowledge of company policies and financial practices.
• Fully qualified or trained in relevant financial disciplines.
• Strong competence with various financial tools and procedures.
