About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead its Hispanic LATAM Customer Success team. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model, you will guide a group of Customer Success Managers to help customers achieve measurable outcomes with LinkedIn Talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent while maintaining a pipeline for future hiring.
  • Partner with LATAM Customer Success leaders to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Ensure customers adopt and engage with LinkedIn Talent solutions, driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Engage senior customer stakeholders, mitigate renewal risk, and manage escalations.
  • Own segment health, including renewal forecasting, risk management, and churn reduction.
  • Drive execution against metrics such as adoption, engagement, and customer value realization.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading Customer Success or account management teams.
  • Strong coaching mindset with a focus on talent development.
  • Strategic thinker capable of influencing cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success platforms.
