Manufacturing Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to lead electrical projects within our automotive production environment. The role involves overseeing line transfers, new line installations, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects for transferring production lines and installing new lines.
• Develop work instructions, procedures, and error‑proofing (poka‑yoke) solutions.
• Drive scrap reduction, engineering change implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform product and project costing, and support cost‑reduction efforts.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with applicable norms and legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7‑10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 5 years working with DC electric motors.
• Proven leadership abilities and advanced English communication skills.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, and related methodologies.
