Manufacturing Engineer 3

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 3 to develop, implement and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences and processes for new and existing product lines. The role partners with design engineering to coordinate product releases and drives the acquisition and industrialisation of new equipment and tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update work instructions, standardized work and workload balance charts for machining operations.
• Create and maintain tooling, fixture, gauge and equipment master data.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Plan and execute special projects such as product transfers, new product launches and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process cycle times, machine utilisation and headcount against demand.
• Analyse line downtimes, drive EC (Engineering Change) processes and train operators on new implementations.
• Maintain packing standards per product and customer requirements.
• Support OPEX projects, value‑stream mapping and floor‑space optimisation.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement principles.
• Proven ability to work with design engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
