Manufacturing Engineer – Process Design

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to analyze and implement product or machinery designs, ensuring optimal manufacturing methods. The role is based on‑site at General Motors and operates on a rotating 4‑day shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product and machinery designs to determine the best manufacturing methods.
• Propose, evaluate and improve processes and equipment within the assigned area.
• Direct the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Maintain regular communication with partners outside the work group.
• Provide technical guidance to a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Monitor and evaluate expenditures related to processes and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site with a 4x3 shift pattern.
• Eligibility to work without immigration sponsorship.
