Manufacturing Execution System Consultant

About the role

Deloitte's Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Consultant to join its Enterprise Performance team. You will work on projects that help clients digitize shop‑floor operations, improve traceability and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support data‑driven decision‑making through dashboards and insights.
• Translate manufacturing needs into clear business and functional requirements.
• Define use cases such as work‑order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy/traceability, and non‑conformance management.
• Contribute to overall project delivery, timelines and client communication.
• Assist shop‑floor transformation initiatives, including digitization and operational excellence programs.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and support project tasks.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico (limited sponsorship may be available).
