Marketing Analyst (Creative X Support)

About the role

PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF) is looking for a Marketing Analyst dedicated to supporting the Creative X platform. The analyst will act as a bridge between Global Insights, the tool owners, and internal teams such as Production, Media, PMO, Brand, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operational set‑up and implementation of the Creative X system for PMF.
• Upload assets to the platform, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to boost asset scores.
• Organize, track, and monitor assets in shared folders for all stakeholders.
• Flag assets that do not meet Brilliant Basics standards or require adjustments.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and up‑to‑date Creative X documentation for PMF stakeholders.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to build platform knowledge.
• Collaborate with sector teams, agencies, and third‑party partners to drive adoption of Creative X.
• Develop reports to monitor and track the most relevant Creative X KPIs.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in marketing technology, preferably with digital content assessment systems or social‑media content optimization.
• Background working in a brand environment and collaborating with agencies and marketers.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Resourceful in securing and deploying resources efficiently.
