Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Communications Specialist in Eaton’s Electrical Sector Americas Central Marketing Communications team, you will work within an Agile, cross‑functional environment to create and refine high‑impact marketing solutions. You will partner with product owners, designers, analysts and other content creators to deliver customer‑centric communications that support product launches, demand generation and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) to align on priorities and improve processes.
• Translate user stories into actionable tasks for product launches, campaigns and sales enablement.
• Develop creative briefs and produce marketing assets such as web pages, product collateral and campaign materials using Adobe Experience Manager, Canva and Workfront.
• Manage revisions, approvals and stakeholder communication through Workfront.
• Optimize Eaton.com pages with SEO‑friendly content and monitor performance via PowerBI and Looker Studio dashboards.
• Support integrated campaigns by creating content for lead generation, nurturing, social media, advertising and events.
• Ensure brand consistency by applying Eaton’s brand standards across all communications.
• Track sprint backlog items, report on campaign performance and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing, digital marketing or communications experience.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
