Marketing Coordinator – CRM & Campaign Management

About the role

PayJoy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to design, execute, and continuously improve multi‑channel CRM campaigns that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable business outcomes across its emerging‑market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer journeys, from audience segmentation to post‑send analysis.
• Analyze performance metrics (open, click, conversion, revenue attribution) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create clear, stakeholder‑ready reports that link campaign activity to revenue impact.
• Design campaign assets using Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, timing, and segmentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing.
• Proficiency with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards and draw clear conclusions.
• Experience building reports and presenting results to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Moderate design skills to create and adapt campaign templates independently.
• Excellent written English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
