Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to build our marketing function from scratch. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at the creative, design, fashion and gallery/arts community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a focused marketing strategy aligned with our narrow ideal client profile.
• Set up, configure and maintain HubSpot as the primary CRM, creating pipelines and integrating with our practice management platform.
• Own all WordPress website content, ensuring SEO and generative‑engine optimisation.
• Grow the LinkedIn company page beyond reposts, turning followers into qualified leads.
• Plan and execute email newsletters and low‑volume cold‑outreach campaigns.
• Identify and secure sponsorship or visibility opportunities at industry conferences and events.
• Capture client wins and turn them into press releases, case studies, webinars, podcasts and video content.
• Produce, edit and publish video assets on YouTube and the website.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing technology and pilot AI tools that fit a boutique firm.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Track record of creating and managing email campaigns and targeted outreach.
• Comfortable managing WordPress sites and applying SEO best practices.
• Experience producing webinars, podcasts or similar recurring content from concept to delivery.
• Video production and editing skills, including YouTube channel management.
