Marketing Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to shape and execute the marketing strategy for our U.S.-focused brands. This senior position requires a data‑driven leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, demand generation, and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with overall business growth objectives.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for new products, services, and business launches.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email, content, social media, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROI, CAC, ROAS, lead volume, traffic, and campaign performance.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and creative team.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing marketing and creative teams.
• Proven success marketing to U.S. B2B audiences and launching SaaS products.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) proficiency.
