About the role
VIATRIS™ is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for its Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolio. The role will drive data‑focused campaigns, optimize investment, and ensure alignment with the CNS sales team to meet growth and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute the portfolio strategy, including planning and follow‑up.
- Conduct deep market analysis and research to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Equip the sales force with tools such as training, promotional materials, CME programs, and digital assets.
- Allocate DME strategically to maximize ROI on all investments.
- Monitor performance, assess revenue potential, and influence country sales targets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all interactions.
- Design and implement an innovative omnichannel strategy targeting doctors, patients, and e‑commerce channels.
- Map stakeholder relationships, customer journeys, and market dynamics to set transformation priorities.
- Lead and upskill the marketing team to enhance capabilities.
Required profile
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within CNS or pharma.
- Proven track record leading innovative projects inside or outside the pharmaceutical industry.
- University degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
