Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution for key brands within an international fintech and payments business. Based in Mexico, you will shape brand positioning, drive growth, and align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives while working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies, priorities, KPIs, roadmaps and growth initiatives for assigned brands.
• Act as the main point of contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑based recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines, quality standards and objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance and report results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Apply payment industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for compliance with industry standards.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and proactively solve challenges without extensive supervision.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services or account management.
• Strong background in payments or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while handling multiple brands or accounts.
