Marketing Manager

About the role

This brand‑new, hands‑on position is designed for a marketing "Swiss Army knife" who will build a marketing function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will focus on targeted campaigns for the creative, gallery and arts sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy aligned with a narrow ideal client profile.
• Set up and manage HubSpot (or comparable CRM), tracking leads and building simple pipelines.
• Own WordPress website content, ensuring traditional SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) are applied.
• Grow and engage the LinkedIn company page beyond newsletter reposts.
• Plan and run email campaigns and low‑volume cold outreach to a defined prospect list.
• Research industry events and identify sponsorship and visibility opportunities.
• Create a system to capture and amplify client wins as marketing content.
• Produce webinars, client office hours and a podcast from planning to promotion.
• Shoot, edit and publish video content, managing YouTube and website presence.
• Stay current on marketing technology and AI tools, piloting those that fit the firm.
• Help establish the firm’s voice as a thought leader in the creative/high‑net‑worth advisory space.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Experience building and executing email campaigns and cold outreach.
• Comfortable managing WordPress content with SEO and GEO knowledge.
• Background in producing webinars, podcasts or similar recurring content.
• Video production, editing and publishing skills, including YouTube management.
• A blend of marketing and sales instincts.
