Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized and insight‑driven Marketing Manager to support the continued growth and positioning of Susurros del Corazón. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, a keen aesthetic eye and a passion for creating compelling, on‑brand storytelling across digital, social, content and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, website, PR and on‑property channels.
• Write and edit copy for campaigns, website content, email communications, social media and collateral.
• Oversee the social media strategy, collaborating with the property’s social media contractor to curate and review content.
• Maintain and organize the property’s photo, video and marketing asset libraries.
• Keep marketing collateral such as fact sheets, property guides and promotional materials up to date.
• Support day‑to‑day maintenance of the website and digital channels, ensuring accurate content and offers.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to translate commercial priorities into coordinated campaigns.
• Identify and engage relevant brands, creators and cultural partners aligned with the Susurros brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 + years of experience in luxury hospitality, art/design, or communications.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong knowledge of Mexican and U.S. luxury travel consumers.
• On‑property role based in Punta de Mita, Mexico.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, aesthetics and consumer‑facing communications.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional project teams and support photoshoots, content production, partnerships or brand activations.
