We are seeking a Marketing Project Lead to join a dynamic, people‑oriented environment in Mexico. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, translating business goals into actionable marketing plans and ensuring flawless execution across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Oversee project delivery across several accounts, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks and continuously monitor performance to optimise marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Translate business objectives into structured roadmaps, actionable plans and clear execution timelines.
• Maintain consistency, quality and strategic alignment across all initiatives while reducing escalations through proactive leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in marketing management, leadership, account management or client project services.
• Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies, defining KPIs and creating structured execution roadmaps.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, budgeting and performance‑tracking expertise.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive and ownership‑driven mindset.
