Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Wizeline is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead the delivery of marketing initiatives within a cross‑functional Pod environment. You will coordinate multiple projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing initiatives and operational workflows within a cross‑functional Pod environment.
• Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Partner closely with Pod Leadership to improve team dynamics, delivery transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery progress, team capacity, and project health metrics, proactively identifying risks and blockers.
• Coordinate across internal teams, channels, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and high‑quality deliverables.
• Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders, escalating risks and challenges when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing delivery workflows, reducing process waste, and implementing best practices.
• Manage approval processes for marketing content and operational deliverables, including compliance and legal review workflows where applicable.
• Ensure quality standards, documentation accuracy, and operational consistency across all assigned initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, delivery management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking ownership and accountability.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills, capable of navigating difficult conversations.
• Attention to detail, quality control, and process improvement orientation.
