Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team based in Mexico. In this role you will act as the operational backbone of the marketing department, turning strategy into coordinated, on‑time campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent marketing workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate marketing stand‑ups, project meetings, and status updates to maintain alignment, accountability, and clear communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones, team capacity, and project‑management systems using tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by optimizing workflows, enhancing documentation, and supporting post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Previous experience within iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and driving project accountability from initiation to completion.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships, and paid media.
