Marketing Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to ensure our digital marketing initiatives are delivered on time, at high quality, and backed by accurate data. This remote, full‑time position will own Asana, daily cadence, KPI tracking, and data validation for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable KPIs for marketing projects and monitor progress.
• Maintain Asana with up‑to‑date tasks, supporting documents, and end‑of‑day reports.
• Validate data accuracy to ensure reported numbers reflect real performance.
• Review work quality daily, not just task completion status.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, stepping in when tasks are dropped or teammates are unavailable.
• Collaborate with marketers to assess strategy strength and output quality.
