Marketing Resource Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Marketing Resource Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our client campaigns. In this role you will coordinate project management, client strategy, and marketing execution to ensure seamless delivery of integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, content, social, paid media) from planning to reporting.
• Allocate and schedule marketing team members—including SEO specialists, copywriters, designers, and developers—using monday.com to balance workloads and maintain project flow.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and project plans.
• Lead client communications, manage expectations, and build lasting partnerships.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and strategic planning sessions to keep all teams aligned.
