Material Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Material Planner to coordinate the procurement and flow of materials for production, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The role supports both passenger vehicle and commercial truck divisions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments, traffic, and receipt of materials to prevent delays.
• Negotiate with national and international suppliers regarding delivery specifications and timing.
• Collect, verify, and forward invoices and import documents to the Customs Broker in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date material requirements in the Oracle system to avoid shortages.

Required profile

• Experience working with suppliers and managing import documentation.
• Familiarity with inventory management and material planning processes.
• Understanding of company policies for material acquisition and importation.
• Ability to follow established customs regulations and documentation procedures.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (material planning module).
