Microsoft 365 Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment. The role ensures the platform remains secure, reliable, compliant, and efficient for all users while supporting our SOC 2 compliance program.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, security groups, and access requests.
• Configure and maintain security, compliance, retention, and device‑management policies.
• Support end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and manage corporate devices via Intune.
• Monitor health, security, and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment and produce regular reports.
• Conduct user access reviews and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and phishing attacks.
• Implement security recommendations from Microsoft portals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Maintain SOC 2 compliance evidence, documentation, and audit records, and prepare reports for internal and external reviews.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 for 100–500 users.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft admin centers and related services.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with global remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
