Mid-level Product Designer (UX/UI) – Remote

About the role

Very is seeking a self‑motivated Mid‑level Product Designer to join a fast‑growing partner team. You will apply a human‑centered approach to turn complex business requirements into intuitive digital experiences, working fully remote from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Contribute reusable components to the design system and maintain clear documentation for developer hand‑offs.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and emerging UX trends.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Required skills

• Wireframing and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• User research and usability testing.
• Design systems and component libraries.
• Creation of user flows and high‑fidelity mockups.
