Mobile Test Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Test Automation Engineer to join our client’s team in Mexico City. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust automation frameworks for both iOS and Android applications, ensuring high quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for native and hybrid mobile applications.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects and quality risks.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and Product teams to improve product quality.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of test failures and assist in issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in mobile application testing and automation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks for iOS and Android.
• Ability to drive quality across the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven testing tools or GenAI solutions is a plus.
