NetSuite Functional Analyst (Finance)

About the role

The NetSuite Functional Finance Analyst will design, implement, and support Oracle NetSuite ERP finance and accounting modules. You will work closely with business users to translate their needs into system configurations and ensure smooth deployment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business users to discover processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Configure NetSuite to meet functional requirements and write detailed specifications for the development team.
• Create use cases, test scripts, and conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Document best practices, develop training materials, and train end‑users.
• Administer project tasks related to NetSuite finance implementations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience with ERP finance and accounting modules.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≈25% travel).
• Background in IT/business consulting and experience with Lead‑to‑Cash processes.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
