NPDI Project Manager – Products & Solutions Engineering Specialist

About the role

The NPDI Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end projects for new product development, engineered‑to‑order customization, and product transfers across regions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from inception to product launch for thermal‑management products.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, sales, marketing and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with the corporate NPDI (New Product Development and Introduction) process.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in the product development process.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing new product development or engineered‑to‑order projects.
• Ability to operate in a complex, international, multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Capacity to align project scope with strategic business objectives and propose corrective actions.
