On‑Site Medical Representative

About the role

The On‑Site Medical Representative (OMR) acts as the primary medical point of contact for a Delivery Station. Reporting to the WHS Manager, the OMR provides first‑aid treatment, manages occupational health emergencies, and supports the site wellness program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to external medical providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records for all associates.
• Stock, inspect, and clean first‑aid kits and emergency equipment.
• Train managers and associates on first‑aid, CPR, and AED usage.
• Produce daily activity logs and monthly incident analyses for leadership.
• Attend and present at regular stand‑up meetings.
• Rotate shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Current certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (Médico Cirujano) or Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
