About the role
The Operations Associate will act as an ambassador of the brand, supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading, coaching and motivating the team.
- Oversee product flow, inventory control, and back‑of‑house administration.
- Manage daily stock transfers, full counts, receiving, shipping and repairs.
- Coordinate store maintenance, security, cleaning and office supplies.
- Handle product personalization, packaging and after‑sales logistics.
- Support special projects and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail setting with a focus on operations.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in English.
