Operations Project Manager II

About the role

The Operations Project Manager II leads medium to high‑complexity projects that support Jabil’s strategic objectives. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from concept and scope definition through launch—ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Develop statements of work, business proposals, functional requirements, and detailed project plans with milestones.
• Manage scope, quality, schedule, and cost while conducting risk reviews and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication across multi‑functional, cross‑cultural teams and keep stakeholders informed.
• Forecast project budgets and staffing needs, and track changes that impact cost.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and maintain confidential information securely.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
