Operations Specialist 1

About the role

The Operations Specialist 1 will review, assess, and process safety data received from multiple service lines. Working under senior team members, you will ensure that reports and data are distributed to internal and external parties in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and internal guidelines. This position requires fluency in English, Spanish, and French.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collection, tracking, coding, and entry of adverse events and related literature.
• Maintain compliance with quality, productivity, and delivery standards for each project.
• Liaise with functional team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (mandatory, will be evaluated).
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (desirable).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).
