Operations Specialist – French Required

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will manage supplier bookings, support tour logistics and work closely with our Director of Operations for a specific region. The role requires advanced French and English communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between sales, tour directors and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Reserve and book services, supervise tour logistics and maintain cost and quality control.
• Manage supplier relationships, including researching new partners and following up on post‑tour issues.
• Process invoices, money requests and provide all documentation to the accounting department.
• Communicate regularly with sales representatives and product specialists to review itinerary progress.
• Assist the Operations team with on‑road issues and participate in destination workshops.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Extensive experience in the educational travel or related industry with a proven track record.
• Exceptional multitasking ability and strong collaborative skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
