About the role

Flex is seeking an Operations Training professional to support its manufacturing operations in Guadalajara, Norte. You will design and deliver training programs that ensure operators master punching and bending processes while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training on CNC punching and CNC bending processes.
• Create visual aids and training materials to reinforce learning.
• Evaluate technical competencies and track certification progress.
• Ensure all personnel understand and apply machine safety standards.
• Support the technical onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operating CNC punching and CNC bending machines.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measurement instruments.
• Familiarity with continuous‑improvement tools and methodologies.
