About the role
The Order Management & Logistics Analyst ensures that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, coordinating across multiple departments to optimise the supply chain flow.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire order management process from entry to final delivery.
- Lead a team of order management analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely processing of all orders.
- Resolve complex order issues and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience in order management or logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of analysts.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills for handling complex order scenarios.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Familiarity with Route Optimization Software.
