Ordertaker – Villa Dining Service

About the role

The Ordertaker will welcome and serve guests in the IRD/Villa Dining area of One&Only Mandarina, delivering a personalized and unforgettable dining experience. You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a warm atmosphere.
• Set up the restaurant before service, ensuring all stations are ready.
• Stay informed of daily specials, menu items, and wine selections.
• Attend pre‑service briefings and communicate important guest information (VIPs, allergies, special requests).
• Take food and beverage orders following standard operating procedures.
• Perform end‑shift cashiering and assist with monthly inventory counts.
• Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen staff to meet guest needs.
• Report any operational issues to the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Support special events and new menu implementations.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct deep‑cleaning activities as required.
