Outbound Sales Team Manager

About the role

We are looking for someone who can build and manage a low‑cost outbound sales team focused on generating appointments with local US homeowners. The role covers the entire outbound process – hiring agents, training them, sourcing homeowner data, creating outreach processes, managing performance, and improving results. You will not be the primary caller; your job is to lead the team that does the calling.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train outbound sales representatives.
• Build a high‑performing team using lower‑cost remote talent.
• Ensure agents communicate professionally with U.S. homeowners.
• Create scripts, call flows, and training materials.
• Source homeowner data and prospect lists.
• Identify and manage lead sources and data providers.
• Monitor team performance and appointment generation.
• Coach underperforming agents and improve results.
• Manage schedules, coverage, and daily operations.
• Track KPIs and report results to management.

Required profile

• Experience in home services such as roofing, remodeling, HVAC, solar, etc.
• Experience managing outbound sales or appointment‑setting teams.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation.
• Experience hiring, training, and managing lower‑cost remote teams.
• Experience sourcing homeowner leads and prospect lists.
• Strong sales management and coaching abilities.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $1,800 USD per month.
• Performance‑based bonuses may be available after several months based on results.
