Packaging Engineer

About the role

Join Milwaukee Tool, a fast‑growing brand in construction and power tools, to develop and maintain technical documentation for new and existing products. You will work closely with engineering, product safety, and global teams to ensure accurate, compliant product information.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operation manuals and product labels that meet global regulatory requirements.
• Generate and update technical service documentation, ensuring it reflects product changes and Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Safety to gather and validate technical information.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional global teams to maintain consistency across all documentation.
• Support certification and compliance activities through precise technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills with advanced English communication.
• Ability to interpret engineering specifications and manage documentation in a detail‑oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
