Partner Learning Program Manager – Google Cloud

About the role

Google Cloud is seeking a Partner Learning Program Manager to design, launch and scale training initiatives for its partner ecosystem in Mexico. The role will work closely with executive leadership, partner‑facing teams and global stakeholders to close knowledge gaps and boost partner competency on Google Cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive and partner‑facing teams to identify required knowledge and skill gaps across the partner ecosystem.
• Assess existing training assets (courses, labs, quests) and create plans to fill content gaps.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of partner training programs, including communication, curriculum development and enablement.
• Design and implement metrics, dashboards and reporting to measure program impact, effectiveness and adoption.
• Drive the integration and adoption of AI tools within training strategies to improve efficiency and partner capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience developing and managing training and certification programs.
• Proven experience creating technical competency models and learning paths for technical roles.
• Fluent English communication to collaborate with global teams and partner ecosystems.

Required skills

• Strong background in program management for learning initiatives.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
• Hands‑on experience driving AI tool adoption within training or productivity workflows.
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud products and services.
