People & Organization Partner – Mexico

About the role

The People & Organization Partner will lead HR initiatives at a Dr Reddy's site in Mexico, aligning people strategy with plant objectives and fostering a culture of engagement and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to define the HR roadmap and organizational structure aligned with business goals.
• Conduct workforce planning, anticipate talent needs for the next 4‑6 quarters, and manage internal talent pools for lateral moves.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition plans, build business cases, secure compensation approvals, and oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Assess the existing talent pool, identify gaps, and facilitate talent meetings for optimal deployment.
• Design and implement location‑specific, employee‑friendly policies and support People Managers in driving vertical initiatives.
• Establish scorecards with country heads, cascade goals, and communicate progress regularly.
• Lead all stages of performance management, guiding managers through goal setting, appraisal, and feedback cycles.
• Coordinate with training teams to address capability‑building needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or People & Organization roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast staffing needs and develop talent strategies.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while ensuring compliance.
