About the role
We are seeking an elite Plant Director to lead a high‑output manufacturing facility serving the automotive, aerospace and advanced electronics sectors. The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and carries full P&L responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Direct all plant functions including operations, engineering, quality and logistics to meet strict international output quotas.
- Optimize efficiency and production under local resource and utility constraints.
- Maintain a high‑performance, safety‑first culture while driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 advanced manufacturing plant.
- Track record of overseeing 500+ employees and full facility P&L ownership.
- Bi‑cultural leadership style comfortable reporting to an overseas C‑suite while handling local operational realities.
