About the role
We are seeking a passionate leader to drive operational excellence, quality, and safety within our world‑class plant. As the ultimate authority for all activities inside the plant perimeter, you will ensure strong financial results, disciplined execution, and a highly engaged workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve solid financial performance of the plant.
- Lead disciplined operational execution across all production areas.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop a highly engaged, high‑performing team.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal material flow.
Required profile
- Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA desirable).
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Plant Manager.
- Deep knowledge of automotive cut‑and‑sew industrial processes.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team‑leadership abilities.
- Proficient in English (B2‑C1 level).
