PR Specialist – Global Fintech Marketing Team

About the role

FxPro is seeking a PR Specialist to join its Marketing team and act as the primary liaison with local PR agencies across key markets. The role will help build and protect the brand’s reputation through coordinated media relations, thought‑leadership initiatives and localized PR campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with local PR agencies, ensuring alignment with FxPro’s global communications strategy.
• Brief agencies on campaign objectives, messaging guidelines and deliverables; review and approve pitches, press releases and media materials.
• Coordinate creation and localisation of press releases, commentary and executive bylines in collaboration with agency teams.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular performance reports tracking share of voice, placements and sentiment.
• Identify and develop relationships with key financial and business journalists, editors and media outlets in target markets.
• Support crisis communications and reputation management in coordination with agency partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in PR, communications or media relations, preferably within financial services, fintech or a regulated industry.
• Proven track record of managing external PR agencies or vendors.
• Strong understanding of media landscapes across multiple markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high editorial standards.
• Proactive communicator comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑moving international environment.
