Preferred Customer Associate

About the role

As a Preferred Customer Associate you will be the primary point of contact for UPS Preferred accounts, delivering personalized service across the logistics journey. You will work within Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, a division of a Fortune Global 500 company that values innovation and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one service for UPS Preferred accounts.
• Analyze and resolve customer problems, including tracing and claim inquiries.
• Maintain ownership of each case through resolution, including follow‑ups and outbound calls.
• Support customers throughout the shipping lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information.
• Document interactions and update internal systems with accurate case details.
• Work with minimal supervision while ensuring clear and timely communication.
