About the role

The Preschool Homeroom Teacher will deliver the curriculum for the upcoming school year, ensuring students achieve high standards in English‑language subjects. The role focuses on creating a supportive, engaging environment that promotes academic and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Know curriculum, level standards and benchmarks; plan and assess accordingly.
• Apply ISR instructional strategies and latest research‑based methods.
• Collaborate with grade‑level colleagues for cooperative planning.
• Design differentiated instruction and small‑group support.
• Record student achievement data and use it to improve learning.
• Work with the Principal and Student Support Team to develop Personal Learning Plans.
• Teach assigned class loads, manage the classroom, and follow school policies.
• Maintain professional, ethical behavior with staff and administration.

Required profile

• BA in Education and/or Lic. en Educación Preescolar.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience.
• Certification recognizing expertise in language arts, math, general earth science, health and social studies.
• Certification in preschool‑level teaching strategies and classroom management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
