Banamex is seeking a Previsional Advisor (Afore) to provide comprehensive financial guidance to clients and prospects. The role focuses on understanding individual retirement needs and offering tailored product solutions within the assigned district.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and telemarketing.
• Schedule and conduct personalized appointments to assess client needs.
• Provide detailed advisory services, present value‑based proposals, and close sales.
• Visit workplaces and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor performance against individual and company objectives, striving to exceed them.

• Strong verbal communication and ability to articulate financial concepts.
• Passion for and experience in previsional (retirement) advisory.
