Printer Operator

About the role

CrownCrown Holdings, a global leader in metal packaging, is seeking a Printer Operator to join its production team. The role involves operating and maintaining printing equipment that produces high‑quality metal packaging for major brands.

Key responsibilities

• Physically handle raw material and finished products.
• Operate, set up, and reset printing machinery.
• Identify defects at critical control points and ensure product quality.
• Detect and report mechanical or electrical failures.

Required profile

• Secondary education, high school or technical training in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions.
• Desirable: at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or continuous‑production environment.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial printing equipment.
• Use of measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, tape measures and calipers.
• Proficiency with manual tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, grinders and drills.
• Detection of mechanical and electrical failures.
