Procurement Analyst – Amazon Logistics

About the role

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations for its sites. You will work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager and building leadership to drive efficiencies, manage inventory, and ensure smooth supplier interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast non‑inventory product demand and manage inventory levels.
• Create, monitor, and expedite purchase orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain non‑inventory receiving processes.
• Develop and report supplier‑management KPIs and metrics.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and support relationship development across the network.
• Collaborate with finance and internal customers to define budget targets and measure savings.
• Assist in building category metrics models and track performance against strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement operations, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical ability to develop KPI reports and identify improvement areas.
• Proven capability to work with cross‑functional teams and building leadership.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and scorecards.
